Automate HVAC Maintenance with Peace of Mind Protection Program
Regular maintenance of your HVAC system can give you peace of mind. Terry’s A/C & Heating offers a scheduled maintenance plan we call our Peace of Mind Protection Program for your HVAC system in Fort Bend County and Far West Houston.
Keeping your home or office comfortable is what we do best. And, the HVAC options, from traditional Central Air and Heat to the latest ductless mini-split heat pumps, are more energy-efficient than ever. But the weather does take a toll on cooling and heating appliances. Just like you’d take your car in for routine maintenance to keep the engine running, we recommend maintaining your HVAC system each fall and spring.
HVAC maintenance is a key ingredient to avoiding surprise breakdowns. Let’s face it. Breakdowns never happen at convenient times! The air stops blowing when friends or family are in town, over the weekend, or the worst — during a holiday weekend. {{shudder}}.
What is the Peace of Mind Protection Program?
Terry’s A/C & Heating created our Peace of Mind Protection Program, a scheduled preventative maintenance and priority service program, for your HVAC system to make regular maintenance easier. We are able to give priority service because we know that a properly maintained system rarely breaks down. In Fort Bend County and Far West Houston, the best times to service HVAC equipment is when it isn’t blazing hot or freezing cold – generally, the fall or the spring.
We serve air conditioners in the spring before the heat of summer and heating equipment in the fall ahead of the winter chill.
Once you sign up for scheduled HVAC maintenance, we can make your appointment up to a year in advance and make sure your cooling and heating system is in tip-top shape twice a year before the peak heating or cooling season arrives. Find out if HVAC service contracts are worth it.

How do I prepare before my next maintenance visit?
When we are in touch for your next HVAC tune-up or service, we can discuss your specific needs and answer any questions. Make a note if there are any heating or cooling problem areas you are having when we visit. If something isn’t working, tell us that before we arrive before so we set enough time for our visit.
Maintenance visits are also a good time to answer questions, learn more about whole house air purifiers, air balancing, ductwork and other air delivery and indoor air quality systems.
