Terry’s A/C & Heating – HVAC Repair Credit Policy

We understand that HVAC system replacement can be a significant investment, which is why we offer our residential customers HVAC Repair Credit. If you are in need of a HVAC system replacement but are only able to proceed with a partial or parts-based repair at the time of service, we are committed to helping make future upgrades more manageable. In addition to financing and specials, we can help you take a portion of your credit from a previous repair and apply it as a credit or discount toward a new AC system.

HVAC Repair Credit Policy Details

  • If our technician determines that a full system replacement is recommended, but a customer prefers a repair instead, we will proceed with the repair.
  • A portion of the repair costs—up to 50% of the ticket—can be credited toward the costs of a full system replacement if the homeowner proceeds with an AC system replacement within 12 months of the original repair date.
  • The replacement must be completed by Terry’s A/C & Heating to qualify for the credit.
  • This credit is non-transferable and only applicable to the same property where the original repair was performed.
  • The repair invoice must be presented or referenced when scheduling the AC replacement.
  • An itemized quote noting the repair credit will be offered for customer approval before any work is done.

  • Two maintenance tune-ups per year (cooling and heating)
  • Half off pricing on service calls (including Saturdays)
  • Preferred scheduling – Go to the front of the line for unscheduled jobs
  • 10% off on most repairs in the event of a breakdown
  • Easy payment methods – quarterly, biannual, or once a year. (Monthly is available for commercial and those with more than one system to maintain.)
