Current Promotions
- Humidity and particulates in the air (mold, pollen, smoke, etc.) are the biggest causes of indoor air quality concerns, allergies, and bad smells. Fortunately, we have solutions plus 10% savings through August 31, 2025 on any of our indoor air quality products, including whole house air purifiers, UV lights, Drain IV, and media filters.
- The Drain IV is our newest accessory that helps homes and businesses with persistent condensation drain problems. We've seen a lot of these this summer, since it's been a cooler summer than most with all the rain we've been getting.

Local Houston-Area HVAC Rebates
- CenterPoint offers a variety of rebates for replacing a residential HVAC system (air conditioner, furnace, heat pump) with a high-efficiency or ENERGY STAR®-certified model to reduce your energy use and qualify you for valuable residential incentives that start at $200. We can help you take advantage of these rebates when you're ready for a new system.
- RUUD is offering cash rebates on select systems as of August 2025. Ask us to learn more.
Federal Tax Incentives
Federal tax incentives for replacement of energy-efficient heat pumps, air conditioners, and furnaces are available for the 2025 tax year. We can help you take advantage of these incentives in the following ways:
- We can help you source qualifying air-sourced heat pumps, air conditioners and furnaces that qualify for the 25C tax incentives (CEE Residential Heating and Cooling Systems Initiative).
- We can provide a copy of the AHRI certificate(s) that shows the matching system qualifies for the incentives along with an invoice.
- We will share the qualifying manufacturer's PIN number for each qualifying piece of equipment installed.
- Note: You'll need to fill out IRS Form 5695, Residential Energy Credits when you file your taxes in 2026 and work with your local tax advisor for the best results.

HVAC Warranty Service
HVAC warranties are often included on the equipment we install, and we make a point to have them filed on our customer's behalf as part of how we do business. This saves everyone time and hassle in the event that a piece of equipment doesn't last as long as expected. As of September 1, 2019, we will be offering Extended Labor Warranties on all the HVAC systems we install. These are also called HVAC Extended Service Plans.
