What does this HVAC preventative maintenance plan include?

The Essentials Care Protection Program is a pre-paid service agreement or preventative maintenance program, which includes the following:

• Two maintenance visits each year (cooling and heating)
  • Fall Inspection and maintenance of your HVAC System (Heater tune-up)
  • Spring Inspection and maintenance of HVAC System (AC tune-up)
• 60-point inspection and report card
• 30-minute visit (per system)
• 20% off  diagnostic fee for service calls, including Saturdays
• 5% off on most repairs  in the event of a breakdown
• Priority service
• 5-year limited warranty on most parts

Each plan covers one HVAC system, which we record by model number, serial number, and location to preserve its service history. Seasonal reminders are sent to the email address you designate. Pay monthly, quarterly, or yearly.

What isn’t included in the Essentials Care Protection Program?

Repairs and parts are not included in regular service. Occasionally, we will spot a part that is wearing out and should be replaced. We will inform you and document it on your HVAC system’s report card, so you can decide if and when to repair. Customers who are part of any of our preventative maintenance programs enjoy reduced rates for most parts, repairs, and accessories.

For example, whole house air purification systems, dehumidifiers, smart thermostats, UV lights, drain IV, and surge protectors are just a few accessories you could add on with preferred pricing.

What kind of checklist do you use for your preventative maintenance inspections?

We thoroughly inspect your system, getting it ready for the season ahead using a 60+ point quality assurance checklist. Our checklist incorporates American Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) Quality Standards and American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) Standards and Guidelines. We share a copy of the checklist and our findings with you on your systems report card, so you can keep the findings on file.
