Rob has gone above and beyond on his care for our units. Our home was built in the 80’s and we have issues with various parts of our house not cooling like it should. With his superior knowledge of AC/Heating units along with the latest and greatest technology, he was able to determine the cause and offer us recommendations to correct the issues. Terry’s AC and Heating where do I start. December 7, 2017, Robert Terry came out to assist my family on one of the coldest nights of 2017. After trying to get our gas company out to our home to assist with our gas issue with continuous excuses of why they were not available & were willing to allow my minor children to possibly freeze Mr. Terry provided the most outstanding act of service ever. He found a way to make sure that my 10 month 2 year & 8 year old were in a position of not freezing on a night that went below freezing with snow. I can only say that those acts of service are definitely from a company that has values for service and understands customers.
After assisting my family he also then personally checked on us to make sure we were okay. We say Thank you and God bless you. You have a life long customers in us.

I cannot recommend Robert and team enough!  I have used him since purchasing my home 10 years ago.  He is so honest, prompt and will stay until the problem is resolved.  On top of that, I cannot say enough about his assistance during Hurricane Harvey.  He was out and working on Labor Day to assist me in getting my AC fixed.  This company is first class!

Installation went well and took about 3 hours. Had to wait out thunderstorms. A/C unit went out on Friday night and Mr. Terry came out on Saturday morning and determined we needed a new unit (5-ton Carrier) our old unit was 14 years old. He brought back a portable unit to use until he could get the new unit installed on Monday. Mr. Terry provided honest quality service all around. We have recommended him to others and plan to use his service in the future.

I was very impressed with the customer service Terry’s A/C and HTG provided! He came out and worked on the AC unit. After a few hours the unit still wasn’t cooling properly. I called and they came back out and found/fixed a small problem (no extra charge). What really impressed me was that Terry’s called me later that evening to make sure everything was working properly! When I called Terry’s A/C and told them of my situation, Rob came over to the house within a few hours to give me an estimate and offered me 2 1-ton portable A/C units to help provide some comfort for my family while we resolved this ordeal.
